At Perez De Vecchi, every piece is made to order and crafted by hand in our Italian workshop.

Rather than producing large quantities of ready-made stock, we create each piece following your order, allowing our artisans to dedicate the necessary time and attention to its making.

All Perez De Vecchi jewellery is made to order.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, depending on the piece and our current production schedule.

This time allows us to carefully craft, finish and inspect each creation before it leaves our workshop.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

We believe that the time invested in creating a piece is an essential part of its character.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CET, excluding Italian public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed from the following working day.

We work with trusted third-party logistics partners for the delivery of our jewellery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that delivery times refer to business days from the date of the shipping confirmation and do not include the production time.

Delivery generally takes approximately 4–5 business days, depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or carrier delays.

Because our jewellery is crafted to order, we encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase, particularly your ring size.

For purchases to which the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may generally exercise this right within 14 days from delivery, subject to the exclusions and conditions provided by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, where applicable, to items that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

We will provide you with the appropriate instructions and confirm the applicable return procedure.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Please choose your size carefully.

Every ring is crafted according to the size selected at the time of purchase.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct ring size when placing an order.

If a ring has been made in the size selected by the customer but does not fit because the incorrect size was chosen, this does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

For this reason, we strongly recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller if you are unsure of your size before placing an order.

If your ring does not fit

If you realise that you have selected the wrong size, please contact us before sending the piece back.

Any request for resizing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, as the possibility of resizing depends on the individual design, materials and construction of the piece.

If resizing is possible and you choose to proceed, all return, resizing and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please note that, due to the handcrafted nature and construction of certain pieces, some designs may not be suitable for resizing.

If you use our online ring size guide, please ensure that the guide is printed at 100% scale / actual size.

Please do not select printing settings such as “Fit to Page”, “Scale to Fit” or any other option that alters the dimensions of the guide.

Perez De Vecchi cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from a ring size guide that has been printed or measured incorrectly.

If you are uncertain about your size, we recommend having your finger professionally measured before placing your order.

Some Perez De Vecchi creations may be made according to individual specifications agreed with the customer, including bespoke designs, personalised engravings, custom dimensions or other modifications to an existing design.

Where a piece has been clearly personalised or made specifically to the customer’s individual specifications, it may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, as provided by applicable law.

Before production begins, we will confirm the relevant specifications with you.

Please carefully review all personalised details before approving your order, as personalised pieces cannot be returned where the statutory exclusion applies.

Every Perez De Vecchi piece is handcrafted individually.

Our artisanal process means that subtle variations in texture, finish, shape and colour may occur from one piece to another.

These characteristics are an inherent part of handmade jewellery and contribute to the individuality of each creation.

They should not be considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund where they are consistent with the handcrafted nature of the piece.

Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our workshop.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@perezdevecchi.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• clear photographs of the jewellery;
• photographs of the original packaging and shipping box.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged during delivery, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Where required by law, Perez De Vecchi will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Where a return is permitted, the jewellery must be returned in its original condition, together with its original packaging and any accompanying materials.

The item should not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit.

Please do not resize, repair, polish or otherwise alter a piece before contacting us.

Where permitted by applicable law, any diminution in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item may affect the amount refunded.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.

If an item is returned because it is defective, damaged or incorrect, Perez De Vecchi will cover the applicable return shipping costs where required by law.

For resizing requested because an incorrect ring size was selected by the customer, all applicable return, resizing and re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will generally include the payments received for the order, including the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected, where required by law.

Any additional amount resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive shipping method will not be reimbursed where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by law, the refund may be withheld until the returned item has been received or the customer has provided evidence that the item has been shipped back.

Purchases made using promotional codes or special discounts remain subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.

Where no statutory right of withdrawal applies, discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchanges due to a change of mind or an incorrectly selected ring size.

Any specific conditions applicable to a promotion will be communicated at the time of purchase.

At the moment, Perez De Vecchi ships internationally to selected countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges requested by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures are managed by local authorities and are outside Perez De Vecchi’s control. These procedures may affect delivery times.
