Due to the made-to-order nature of Perez De Vecchi pieces, we unfortunately can’t accept returns of any jewellery pieces.

Please note that if the ring size is not measured correctly by the customer, Perez De Vecchi cannot be held responsible, and this cannot be considered a valid reason for return or exchange. Additionally, if the size guide sheet available on our website is not printed correctly (for example, if the scale is altered), we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes in ring sizing resulting from an incorrect print.

All sales of items with special discounts or items purchased with a coupon code are not subject to exchange.Our pieces are eligible for exchanges only if they are received damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible at info@perezdevecchi.com and we will provide details on how to proceed with your return.
